Every time prospective students ask me about Tabor Sports during the tour, I always mention how Tabor Girl’s varsity basketball team good is. As a big fan of Tabor basketball team, I like the teamwork and dynamic of the team. I thought that each player has passion and strong point. The most fascinating thing is that when they play on the court, all the strong points of each student merge together and make successful game. Although I could not watch the game, I can tell how meaningful the game was as I read your blog. Good job!

Great blog Tory. You have a good separation of paragraphs and it attracts the reader to keep reading. I'm really sorry to hear about the loss. I know that you guys did really well this year and its terrible that your whole season came down to that lucky shot. You know that you are the better team and the great time that you had this season is worth a lot. Good blog and I hope you do well with basketball in college.

That was really well said, loosing is tough especially at the last game of Tabor basketball, its really hard to fathom that without experiencing it, but I'm glad you guys had an awesome season. It really comes down to the bonds you make on the team and not the wins and losses. The friend you make through those kinds of experiences are those that will stay with you the rest of your life. I really see that you found that through this experience.

I really enjoyed this blog. I play field hockey so I know what it's like to be so close to winning a game and not. You gave a lot of detail and description which really made this blog interesting to read. The fact that your team handled the loss so well shows a lot of good sportsmanship and maturity and I respect that. It's also great that so many fans came to cheer you on. Speaking of buzzer-beaters, the NCAA tournament is going on right now and is extremely exciting to watch. I can only imagine being part of a tournament such as yours or the NCAA and having it happen. Great blog.

Being a Tabor athlete extends far beyond the campus. When you go outside of New England and people still know where you're school is then you know that you're part of something special. It is great to see that you guys have been able to play you're game the right way without pointing fingers, or yelling, and just being able to play with good sportsmanship. Way to make the Tabor community proud.

This is a great blog Tory. I really like the description and the excitement. The blog keeps you pulled in and interested the entire time. It is sad to hear you girls lost by one point, but like you said more importantly no one pointed fingers, yelled, or got angry. That really shows great team spirit and maturity. I also love that so many tabor kids went to cheer you girls on. That also shows a lot about our school and team spirit, and judging by the detailed description of the game you gave them something to remember. I hope that you will go far in college on the basketball team maybe create some more memories like this one.

That was too bad your team couldn't seal the victory, but great that your team came away with a better accomplishment. I heard it was a very dramatic game and when the game comes down to the last second like that, luck is pretty much what determines what happens then. When people think of our Tabor 2007 Girls Basketball, they definitely will still think of them as a powerhouse who destroyed nearly everyone in the league. Basketball games always come down to the last few minutes, and these buzzer-beater shots happen all the time. We'll get it next year.
